(1) Connect your Bank and Credit Card to QuickBooks
You can connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks so QuickBooks can download your transactions. This eliminates the need for you to manually enter many of the transactions related to the SR to QBO integration. For example, if you are using our recommended COA and set up, you can easily reconcile credit card settlements and cash deposits using this feature (moving them daily, as you reconcile, from the clearing accounts to the checking account). You can also elect to use this feature so that vendor payments come in via the bank or credit card feed. You won't have to manually enter them - you can just adjust them as needed.
